Support Contracts
Customers have three support arrangements to choose from:
Retainer-Based Support
The customer pays a recurring monthly fee for ongoing access to support services.
The customer chooses the terms of the contract.
Pre-Paid Support
The customer can purchase bundles of support services.
Support bundles are purchased upfront and consumed as required.
On-Demand Support
The customer can request support services as needed without a contract.
The client logs a support ticket which is invoiced on a time & material basis.
