Bank Automation streamlines the process of fetching and importing bank statements into Sage ERP. It enables finance teams to eliminate manual downloads and uploads, reduce reconciliation errors, and gain faster visibility into cash flow.

Secure SFTP Connection
Direct integration with banks using a secure SFTP connection, hosted either by the bank or by SynergERP.
Mailbox Retrieval
Bank statements can also be fetched directly from a designated mailbox; currently supported for Microsoft Outlook/Exchange mailboxes.
Automatic Daily Retrieval
Statements are fetched automatically on a scheduled basis, removing the need for manual downloads.
ERP-Compatible Formats
Statements are imported into the ERP system in the correct format for seamless processing.
System-Based Matching
Once statements are imported into the ERP, existing ERP rules allow for transaction matching. (Note: this is a function of the ERP system, not the automation itself).
